In the Air: The Return Home

With the conference in San Francisco having drawn to a close, it was time to head back home to Missouri. Here are some snaps from the flights back to Columbia, starting at SFO.

Between and after conference sessions on Wednesday, I explored San Francisco a little more. In the morning, I walked around the Moscone Center, and then wandered to Chinatown in the evening. I didn't have enough time to explore thoroughly, but it was still a nice day in the city.

After walking the Golden Gate Bridge, I explored a little bit around Fishermans Wharf and the Ghirardelli factory. Again, fog and overcast skies dominated the scene.

I didn't realize you could freeze your YKW off in August, but it turns out you can if you walk across the Golden Gate Bridge in the fog. Another bucket list item checked off!

In the Air: Destination San Francisco

Here are a few snaps taken from our Airbus 321 Neo on the flight from Dallas to San Francisco. We flew over Canyon Country on the way, as well as some mountains in California. Great flight!
