A Ride in the London Eye
After checking out the Tower of London and the Tower Bridge, I decided to head back over to the London Eye. I hopped on the RV1 bus and made it there in no time. It was quite busy, so after eating lunch and waiting it out, I bought my ticket and queued up. The flight, as they call it, takes about 30 minutes. After 20, I was ready for it to end.
I believe this is the Ministry of Defence building.
Looking northeast, Saint Paul's Cathedral is prominent on the skyline.
The hub of the wheel.
Waterloo bridge fronts this shot looking mostly north. Please disregard the reflections from the glass.
Inside the capsule looking southeast.
At the highest point of the flight, looking at the capsule ahead of us.
Another shot looking southeast.
Looking down at Jubilee Gardens; the people really do look like ants.

Around the London Eye
Directly south of the east entrance of the pedestrian bridge is the London Eye. The Eye is on Queens Walk, along with the Dali Museum and the London Aquarium.
